Digital Downloads Policy

This Digital Downloads Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the providing of digital goods by [SDAHYMNAL.NET] (“Provider”) to recipients (“Donators”) donating for digital downloads.

1. Nature of Digital Goods:
The digital downloads provided encompass various digital products, including but not limited to e-books, software, music, videos, and other digital content, accessible and downloadable in electronic format.

2. No Refunds Policy:
Due to the nature of digital goods and the intangible nature of digital downloads, all donations to receive the digital goods are final, and no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.  If you failed to download after giving your donation you can emai us at SDAHYMNAL AT  GMAIL.COM and we will assist you.

3. Product Description:
The Provider has made all reasonable efforts to accurately describe the features, content, and functionalities of the digital downloads available to recieve for a donation. Donators are encouraged to review the product description carefully before making a purchase.

4. Access and Delivery:
Upon successful completion of the donation transaction, donators will receive access to download the digital files. Delivery will be facilitated through a secure and authorized platform designated by the Seller.

5. Intellectual Property Rights:
The digital downloads and all associated content, including but not limited to text, graphics, software code, audio, and video files, are protected by copyright laws and intellectual property rights. Donators are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the digital content for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

6. Prohibited Activities:
Donators are strictly prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works of the digital content without explicit permission from the provider.

7. Technical Support:
The provider may provide technical support related to the access, download, and use of the digital content to donators, subject to availability and within reasonable limits. However, the provider does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the digital files.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties:
The digital downloads are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The provider makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the digital content for any purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall the provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the recieving, access, or use of the digital downloads, even if the provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [The European Union].

By donating and downloading digital content, donators acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of this Policy. If donators do not agree with any provision of this Policy, they should refrain from donating and accessing the digital content.

This Digital Downloads Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the provider and donators regarding the sale and purchase of digital downloads and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning such subject matter.
